Illustrations may be completed live during the event, refined post-event, or delivered digitally depending on the event format and guest count. *Some clients prefer to send illustration portraits post-event with their thank-you cards.

  • Live fashion illustration is an interactive event experience where guests, looks, or key moments are illustrated in real time during an event.

  • The number of illustrations and illustration speed depends on the event duration, guest flow, illustration style, and level of detail requested. Estimated illustration capacity will be discussed during the booking process. Typically, portraits can be created within 8-12 minutes. For larger events, pencil-sketch templates may be prepared ahead of time to produce higher portrait quantities.

    If the required number of portraits cannot be made within the event duration, additional post-event illustration packages are available. Completed artworks can be:

    • Express posted after the event

    • Delivered digitally

    • Shipped directly to guests upon request

    This option allows for a more relaxed event experience while maintaining illustration quality and accommodating larger guest counts.

  • Guests are typically captured through quick photographic reference, allowing them to enjoy the event while their portraits are being created.

  • Yes. Travel for events including destination weddings is available within Australia and internationally, subject to availability. Additional travel and accommodation expenses apply based on the project location and logistics.

  • A table and seat (with a back) are generally required, along with suitable lighting where possible.

    Setup requirements and logistics will be discussed prior to the event to ensure the illustration space integrates seamlessly into the venue.

  • Usage rights and licensing are discussed on a project-by-project basis. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist.

  • Advance booking is recommended, particularly for peak wedding, fashion, and event seasons. Last-minute enquiries may be accommodated subject to availability.

  • Pricing is tailored to each project based on event duration, guest count, location, illustration style, deliverables, and usage requirements.
